We are in the process of moving house, and I had completely forgotten about checking the oil level, I checked yesterday morning (23rd December) to find we were on the minimum level. This wasn’t good news as my disabled wife had developed a chest infection, and having no heating over Christmas would have been a disaster! We called and spoke to a very helpful chap, and explained our situation, who said he would do his very best. The next morning (Christmas Eve) we had a call at just after 07:30am from the driver to say he was 5 minutes away… Absolutely superb service- Thank you.

Utterly disgraceful service. Waited over 2 weeks for a delivery when empty. Told on numerous days we were on that days list then nothing. Promised 10+ calls back over the last week of chasing and never called once. We’re now on Friday and lady told me she can’t guarantee Monday either. I have 3 young children and we have no heating or hot water. Thanks Watson Fuels.

I have been with this company for over 15 years . But I think the company has changed management. I have ordered my oil as usual only this time they’re tried to sell me oil for almost 200£ extra then current prices.
Anyway delivery due with in 5 working days , nothing came on the day 6 been told next day on the day 7 been told day 8 and on the day 8 still nothing until after weekend now ! Driver turned up in bigger truck then usual and couldn’t get through the gate. Refused to put oil in and left . The funny thing is we are only 10 minutes away from depo.
Will never recommend this company to anyone! Day 10 still with out oil
Few of the drivers who usually come and very good and friendly guys . Sorry that there have to work under such bad management!

New customer to watsons, worst customer experience I have encountered. order placed a week ago and told delivery within 5 working days. by the 5th of march. with a courtesy call 24 hours prior to delivery.
6th of march- no delivery, no phone call. nothing. Called them to be told driver issue, Wont be with you until 7th of march. No apology or anything. Call operative offered to put a complaint on the system "although nothing will happen"

I ordered, and paid for, 1000 litres of oil on 8th Oct - to be delivered on or before Friday 29th Oct. I called yesterday and was promised a call back - nothing. I called again today and was promised a call back today to confirm if I 'might' receive on Monday but nothing and the office is now closed! Customer service is not good enough. Let alone the fact they have had my payment for over 3 weeks now! I hope I receive news on Monday!

Totally disastrous experience, will never use them again. Nobody will take responsibility for the incompetence of others within the company. Still no fuel after 10 days and 2 failed deliveries. Well done Watson Fuels you are beyond belief!!

Dreadful service. Took over a month to deliver, left us without working heating and then refused to send anyone to fix it or recommend anyone who could.
