The whole process has been faultless from the beginning. First meeting was professional, details were clearly explained and information provided in writing afterwards. Installation was faultless, completed on the expected date, site left clean and tidy, workmen polite and tidy and no issues to report in the 3 months since it has been installed. All paperwork has been received and the process to sign up for exporting our spare energy was easy as we had all of the relevant documents. It does take a while for all of this to arrive but that is just the way the system is at the moment! Really happy with our solar panels and battery system and highly recommend this company.

The information I would like to share, is a few photos of the installation, and how my installation was processed.
I ordered the solar panel installation and more in May 2023.
At the time Rutland Renewables informed me of the waiting time due to the volume of work and the ordering the materials, scaffolding etc.
The team kept in contact with me by the usual methods and updated me every few weeks up to the installation day.
First the scaffolding a few day before, to be erected and then the exciting day of the installation.
The engineers were great, kind and curious.
The engineers working so hard in the 30 deg heat, and also answering my questions as they were sweating and working hard.
Rutland Renewables director came along and trained me on how to use the two apps I have.
Now I had 14 Solar Panels, 9.6Kwh Battery Storage, E.V. Charger, and an "EDDI" to give me free hot water everyday.
Loving it!
Then best of all, selling power back to the GRID.
Best purchase Ive ever made!
I believe I have chosen a great company, with total peace of mind with insurance backed Guarantee.
Would I recommend them, oh yes!

From start to finish, we have been fully informed and everything delivered as promised. Everyone has been a delight to work with including the chaps putting up the scaffolding and installing the system. I thoroughly recommend them:)

I can’t rate this company highly enough. From the first time I made contact until the day the system was commissioned, the service has been second to none. Couldn’t have been more helpful, competitive on price, everything happened when they said it would and the workmanship is brilliant. I was dreading instillation day, but the guys were quick, tidy, courteous and were done and gone in a matter of days. We used Rutland Renewables after a neighbour had 10 panels fitted and they were pleased with the result. We had 16 panels, a 91/2Kwh battery and 5Kwh inverter installed. This was all arranged from start to finish in about 2 months and expertly managed by Will and his team. The scaffolding was erected on Friday, the installation team arrived promptly on the Monday morning and the work was completed including the commissioning of the system by early on the Tuesday afternoon as promised. All work was done neatly and cleanly (despite the weather) including the lifting and relaying of paving slabs between the house and garage, cables etc. The team are a great bunch of lads and a pleasure to deal with, removing shoes while working in the house and enjoying a joke with us. Will recently returned to help us sort out payment for any excess electricity we may generate from an energy supplier other then our present supplier and from our experience I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Really pleased with the service from Rutland Renewables. They have been extremely professional and responsive from the start, responding quickly to e-mails and calls. Very reliable from quoting, through installation to post-installation support and trouble-shooting. Dealt a lot with Tim and Will and we were very impressed with the service throughout. Would certainly use them again.
