Gave an arrival time and estimated amount of time the work would take. then turned up on time and took as long as they said. Also very neat and tidy, no mess left behind. Not been in the loft to look at the insulation yet, but all the other work seems to be done okay.

I never leave reviews but just had to this time. I read about the free boiler installations, loft insulation and ventilation being offered by the government. I was very sceptical. I came across RZ Eco Energy and started bombarding them with questions, Faizan replied to all my questions promptly and nothing was too much trouble. The communication with him from start to finish was outstanding. I’ve had loft insulation fitted in one property and a new boiler, loft insulation, ventilation fitted in another property. All completely free of charge. The workmanship was excellent, they were efficient, prompt and sent me photos before and after. Would recommend them to anyone. I would give more stars if I could!

We had loft insulation installed along with vents etc. We then had a new boiler installed. I cannot recommend all of the professional workmen involved enough. Absolute brilliant job. We were also delighted with the communication from the management. From start to finish everything was explained and everything was done on time and very efficient.

Started off well but shoddy workmanship, no respect taken for my home or property. Trickle vents installed on windows covered in paint from whatever windows they were on previously. Granted when I complained the company switched them for new ones. Pipes installed where they weren't necessary and a right mess made taking internal pipework outside. Complained about the quality of work to which they came back to the property and re-did everything properly. Marks all over the walls and a broken car wing-mirror where they bashed and crashed up the drive through the garage. Customer service from the office side was OK. Would not use again if i knew then what i knew now, although I dare say when I have problems in the colder months I will have too!

Excellent service 1week from survey to installation the boiler was fitted within 4_5 hours and the isolation about 2 .3h hours both team were excellent thank you
