Got a quote from Sean Culley , he was very helpful with advice and telling us about what would happen. Two guys turned up on the day at the right time and got on with the job. All was done in less than two days. They were polite and conscientious. Very clean and tidy on their work. Toby P. And Nicky F. were hard working guys. Explaining every step of the job. All in all we were very pleased with everything from start to finish.

The initial interview was conducted at a leisurely pace and everything was explained in detail.
The installation was carried out by two very polite gentleman. They explained what work would take place. They were efficient and informed me several times at what stage the installation was up-to.
On completion of the work I inspected their workmanship and the total installation.
Must recommend these to workmen, they did an excellent job.

Mitchell was very helpful, patient and reassuring and we got the job booked quickly.

On the day of the job they didn't arrive at the agreed time. I had to call them. This was the only thing that let them down but Miitchell worked hard to get the team over.

When Steve and Chris arrived they were friendly and professional. They had also roped Toby in to help so the job would.still get completed. They worked hard and cleared up after themselves and the job was still completed on time. Thank you !

Can't recommend them highly enough! From the surveyor who quoted for the job, explaining everything and making sure I fully understood not only the severity of the problem, but what needed to be done. Then there were the two amazing young guys who did the work, cheerful, hardworking and dedicated, they also did an amazing job of cleaning after they'd finished ensuring everything was exactly as they'd found it, probably actually better - even on a Friday afternoon with a long drive up the M5/M6!!
Since the job was completed Jon, Sean and Mitch have been truly amazing and supportive.
Really can't recommend this company highly enough, they gone over and above to be accommodating.

The two workers which were sent arrived promptly. They were very polite and kept us informed of everything they were doing. Instead of taking the arranged two days they worked later and finished the job in one, they cleaned up everything to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing their spray foam removed. Very impressed.

Difficult to grade the above as the workers that came out were fantastic, Toby and Nicky worked really hard, polite and helpful, cannot give any negatives.
Head office is different, lack of communication is the biggest failure, not passing on information about when the work will actually take place, we were originally given a date and time and this came and went, I had to do all the chasing, they didn't feel they had to inform me, made a complaint and they reduced my bill. I was then sent the invoice but was given incorrect bank details, again had to call in and was asked if I was entering the correct details, I was entering what I was given wasn't my fault they mixed up two numbers.
I have given the workers 5 stars, the office staff I would give 3 stars

Excellent Company from the time Seane the Representative arrived and advised us who also put our minds at rest until the job was completed no complaints. Titan and Danny worked like trojans refused all offers of refreshments and left the roof and house clean and tidy. Definitely recommend this Company

Very pleased with the service provided from start to finish.All the staff were very helpful and professional. The process was explained clearly about the removal of the spray foam and foil insulation. All the workmen were polite and clean and tidy at all times.
