Safeline were so professional from explaining to me what work needed to be done after our water tank in loft totally flooded our hallway ; stairs & part of lounge .
Very friendly, helpful but professional specialist asbestos tradesmen, removing Artex , coving and taking ceiling 's down! .
Ben & Nathan I would recommend to everyone.
After 2 days they cleared up so much mess ; you wouldn't have known they'd been on your home .
Thank you both for making a bad experience easier to accept.

Great service including environment cleaning, removal of asbestos involving complete removal of ceiling in lounge and dining area plus removal of tiles covering the same area. The house was left in a perfect state after all the work .

Great team, very professional and polite. Extremely efficient, cleaned and tidied up and left how it was found. Reassured that all asbestos and dust was removed, and all now safe.
Need to come back and finish the rest of the hallway, reassured that they will speak to the office and let us know as soon as possible. Photos taken of damage to paintwork from tape etc and told that it had been reported and will be fixed. Really friendly lads! Thank you

Had Safeline come round today due to an insurance claim (LV) and because we'd tested positive for asbestos when the surveyor came over, Safeline were appointed. The two guys that came (Steve and Dan) couldn't have been more pleasant. They were here first thing in the morning, and got the job done quickly and cleanly even though we have 2 small babies, so were out the house whilst they were working. They were both professional, and explained exactly what they were going to be doing before we left (they'd already sealed the whole room before we'd even got the kids ready to leave!) They let us know when they were done, and asked us to let them know if it was all okay.

The room they sorted, and the rooms they walked through, were cleaner than when they arrived, so can't fault them at all for making sure we're safe to return.

I honestly couldn't recommend them more. I hope I never have to see them again, but if I need to, I hope I get the same pair.

Adam and Gary were appointed to our job via our insurance company due to a leak.Upon arrival there was a bit of confusion to whether a certain part of the kitchen/diner was to be removed. (Not their fault due to lack of clarity with the insurance company) The boys were amazing and were trying every way to make sure the job could go ahead. Thank fully it did with such professionalism and explained every step of the way what would be happening and what to expect. Once the job was completed, they finished off the job with cleaning up after themselves. Really lovely boys and a credit to your company.
