Super highly recommend Saffron Outdoor Living. The team from the office (Beth) to the install engineers (Liam and Cam) were tremendous throughout. I originally went to Crocodilla who were initially helpful but then became irritated by further questions I had. Its not everyday you buy an awning and therefore being educated is part of the sales process.

Safe to say Saffron handled all the questions amazingly and provided me with first class service throughout. The consultancy, care and know how is top notch.

What a great Company & it was a brilliant experience dealing with them! We were let down by a fitter to install our electric awning but were recommended Saffron Outdoor Living. We made contact & they were very obliging & helpful over the phone & arranged fitting within a few days.
Liam & his pal arrived as promised & fitted the awning in no time. They did a very professional job, set up the remote control & connected it to an electrical supply for us so everything was working fine before they left. They were both very friendly and helpful, demonstrated how to operate the awning & how to change the awning valance when required. They also left us a comprehensive Handover pack that clearly describes how to care & maintain the awning as well as providing a 12 month guarantee on fitting. The company can also change the fabric on the existing or replace awnings if required at some future date.
I must say the whole process was exceptional. We can't recommend Saffron Outdoor Living highly enough. So happy to find such a helpful & customer focused setup. We will certainly use them again & really appreciated Liam's help & very pleased with the results!

We needed an awning company that could look at my mum’s balcony awning. It was having a few issues staying out. I contacted Saffron Outdoor living, and they from the outset said it will be something simple like batteries to the sensor. The awning need a service and a clean, we arranged a convent day and time to carry out. The team that came were brilliant. Polite, clean professionals.

From start to finish the whole experience has been 5 star+.

When my Markilux MX3 Awning stopped working after about 4.5 years, the original installer took months to respond despite repeated calls and emails and was not interested in undertaking the repair.

In contrast Saffron Outdoor Living were excellent when I emailed them. Within 24 hours a team had visited, diagnosed the problem and obtained a quote for replacement of the motor. The new motor was received and fitted in less than 2 weeks. Throughout, all the members of the the team at Saffron Outdoor living were professional, showed good expertise and knowledge of the product and were very quick to respond to any questions.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone - First Class
Update - We were so impressed with Saffron Shutters & Awnings level of service (manufacture of bespoke awning brackets, which they had made by a subcontractor) that we decided to ask them to quote for the installation of a Balconette Orbit glass balustrade, we accepted there quote and thet started the installation at the end of October 2021, we had several disagreements relating to the very poor workmanship, sizing of glass, damage to new materials….. I could go on but in the end, very nearly a year later, we ended the contract!
Please beware - although they do have good reviews on the installations of Awnings THEY DO NOT HAVE A CLUE ON THE INSTALLATION OF GLASS BALUSTRADES, infact they destroyed what is an excellent product manufactured by ‘Balconette’
