First time at this store on my visit from 🇨🇦. I found it very large and sells excellent selection of groceries, meats, breads , gluten free foods and lactose free products.

They have some great deals if you use a Nectar Card. You can also purchase drinks, alcohol, clothing and cosmetics and toiletries.

In particular, I loved their ready to cook entrees and cakes 🫠

I'll definitely be back during my trip here .
The washrooms, which were spotless are at the back of store behind cashiers. Lots of parking spots as well at rhis location in Hamilton West.

Went to a checkout as I’m fed up with these self checkouts. It’s normally a nightmare if you’re buying an item with a security tag. One staff member for approximately 10 plus self checkouts is the standard for most places. Bethany on the staffed checkout very helpful and quick. Prefer staffed checkouts

Massive selection of produce and an internal Greggs store if you fancy a cuppa and a sandwich etc. plenty of parking spaces. Would benefit from some motorbike parking spaces also. The retail park is busy almost always and there is a Sainsbury’s Fuel Station on site.

Sainsbury’s Douglas Park Hamilton is fab. Clean, tidy and well stocked. Good Habitat range and fast becoming my go-to for birthday cards as the range is excellent. Competitive pricing and would take myself out of my way to go here, passing others en-route.

I have been visiting more Sainsbury's recently as I am fed up with ASDA. The stores always appear to be better stocked than Asda and Tesco and they have some decent deals to save you money. The best past is that they have Argos attached in-store which means ease of shopping for Electrical Essentials

Wonderful place. Extremely clean inside. Very well stocked selfs and the staff are incredibly helpful and will go out of their way to help you find something. Reasonable prices.
