If I could give 0 I would. Nectar are even worse. Claim to give 3 points for every pound in practice its a lie. No one will do anything. I'm signed up for 2 years then I'm gone. All they care about is shareholders and profit. Customer service are words not actions. Don't sign up they are the pits

I have the EV tarrif and have no complaints, can change my direct debit as I want/need and have a clear monthly breakdown of how much energy I've used and its cost. Set-up was straight forward and can always get through quickly on the phone if need be.

If i could rate this below a 0, i would. They have awful customer service. We moved into a flat, applied to have out provider changed to octopus and they changed us back without permission. We raised a dispute which they ignored due to ofgem's rules. Rather than giving us more than 1 more informative letter about the outstanding debt, they passed the debt to a debt collection agency. Absolutely abysmal service.

Poor customer support - have to use the E.On Next App (poor), but that now doesn't give even daily usage information. No Winter Electricity Saving Scheme. Customer Services aren't really interested.

These people are appalling. They constantly ratchet up the Direct Debit amount so that they are always sitting on a pile of their Customers' money. High-handed, arrogant and duplicitous.
