Salford Council, quite possibly the largest collection of imbeciles in any one place.
I've been trying for 2 days to get hold of environmental services, it's no wonder people dump things if they can't get a decent answer from these idiots at the council.
The service we get of our council does not compare to the money that we pay in council tax.

The majority of the people round here treat the environment as a massive bin, there’s constant trash all over the place. We pay loads in council tax but these environmental people are no where to be seen.

Keep putting the whole of the groves bins behind my car .No other car on the grove .Every week 8or 6 bins when I have to remove from the roadway.Lucky to get one star because there was no facility to give 1.Plus my passenger is disabled and when the car isn't there , the bins are right outside her gate.
