We entrusted our property with Samuel and Son due to their great reputation. What a mistake. They assured us they had done the correct background and financial checks on tenants for our property which we later found out they hadnt. They were just after a quick commission resulting in way over £16000 in loss of earnings, a complete renovation of the house once we had finally got rid of the squatters after a year long legal battle and subsequent loss of health to my father. Avoid at all cost.
