I would never use these again. From the start, even tho they had taken on the case, they sounded like they were on the side of the police! I already lost trust in these. I was still being targeted by the police and yet these did nothing. I got a small amount of the settled claim, which seemed unfair, considering they are meant to take 25%. I raised a complaint where I got a snotty email back, like most of the negative comments on here. When I instruct a solicitor, I expect them to work on my behalf in fighting the claim, not sounding like they are on the side of the defendant. I asked for time lines, never got them. Like I say, I'll never use them again, nor will I recommend them.
