I can understand why this Garage has such stellar reviews after experiencing their service for the first time - we are new to the area and was recommended this garage by a friend.

The mechanic was very friendly on the phone, and was able to give us insight on the potential issues to help steer our expectations. We brought it in the next day and he was able to diagnose and fix the issue quite quickly.

Incredibly happy with the prompt service and costs the Sunders team has provided, we know which garage will be visiting again in the future!

I recently had an issue with the Aircon in my Golf GTI. I took my car to Saunders for Service to see if they could help. They were extremely helpful, took the car into the workshop diagnosed that the compressor was faulty & leaking. They asked me a few questions & we established that I had a Service Contract with Volkswagen which meant the repair was covered by the contract. They didn’t charge me for the diagnosis. They were very helpful friendly. I would recommend anybody to go there. Thank you for your help Guys!

Amazing service and very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I had to get my mot done as quickly as possible due to working away from home. I phoned Monday morning and they said that they were extremely busy, i explained my problem. They said bring your car in the morning for 8am, it was done before 10 am. Putting the customer first. Amazing

I know absolutely nothing about this company; however, after what I've just witnessed - not sure I'd be rushing to use you! Driving through Chester, witnessed a white Ford feista with your branding driven by a brunette woman driving recklessly, speeding weaving in and out of traffic in city centre, needed to aggressively slam on her brakes to avoid running a red light. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and brand damaging, what does this say about the individuals working for this company who are willing to behave in such a negligent manner, clearly in a heated mindset, risking the saftey of others on the road? I'd be having a word about behaviour while representing the brand!

I was changing my car but needed a Mot test before the dealer would take it in part exchange. The dealership was unable to do it at the time so I went to Saunders for Service for the test. They fitted it in at short notice but unfortunately it failed for corroded rear brake discs. I explained that I was anxious to complete the deal and they couldn't have been more helpful. They fitted in the repair next day and spoke to the dealership on my behalf explaining the situation and asking the salesman to come to Saunders to help out. The repair was completed very quickly and we had it all sorted in no time. I was so impressed with the way Saunders for Service staff came together to help me out. I am very grateful.
