Second attempt. Technology?
I’ve had several dealings with Severn Trent, all positive. They have supplied a few water saving items to us over the years. Today they have sorted a water saving shower head. They are very contactable. In any form of social media or email. Phone calls are always answered. If they can not solve your problem, they will find a person that can.

My water company sent me an email telling me that I was entitled to a free water-saving shower head. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find this option on the GetWaterFit website. I queried this using the 'contact us' form on the website.
I had an email response from Suzie within an hour. After confirming some details, she placed the order manually on my behalf. The shower head arrived within 5 days and works great.

Great customer service. It's just a shame that I needed to contact them at all.
