Had loft insulation installed today by two guys who did a solid job. They turned up on time, got straight to work, and were friendly and respectful throughout.

They left everything tidy afterward. Overall, it was a job well done.

Cory and Teddy attended this morning to install air vents to my son's bedroom windows. They were both extremely polite, professional and cleaned up once they completed their work too. They both seemed to really enjoy their job, it was lovely to see! Thank you both 😊

I hired them to do loft insulation. The project involved two bits including fitting a hatch to access 2/3 of the space. However after quoting and doing the first part they then declared that they can't fit the hatch and cancelled the rest of the work. In the end I payed extra for a job I could have largely done myself.

I have no complaint with the work they did, just that the reason I was using them is because of the bit they quoted on then refused to do.

Had my cavity walls done and from start to finish of the work being surveyed and job being carried out I couldn’t have asked for a better service. The installers where really polite and friendly and cleared up any mess that was made from the work. The girls in the office very polite and helpful with any questions I had. Overall very happy and would definitely recommend this company 5* from me.

Called for a cavity wall insulation quotation, the company called me back to say they could perform the survey two days earlier.

Competitive professional quotation.

Engineers visited the property at the time/date agreed, completed the work to a high standard (my property is going to be rendered so making good of the external walls was not necessary)

I would definitely recommend.

Although the cavity wall injection appeared to go smoothly enough the contractor wanted me to sign off that the job was completed. It was not in that I had holes all round my house. I signed the form entering that the holes needed filling and painting and was promised a visit the following week. Nobody came nor did I receive any communication from the company. I phoned and was promised a visit on 19th May, again nothing happened nor any communication. I will phone again tomorrow but I can see this being an ongoing battle. I would not recommend the Company and any one thinking of using them should look elsewhere. They are effectively billing the Government for a completed job when there is still more work to be done. My intention is to put a similar review on Checkatrade as well an now complaint Ofgen. Very disappointing

I had cavity wall insulation from this company. Everything seemed fine until I had to drill a hole though the kitchen wall for a coaxial cable and discovered that no insulation was present. They came back to add more insulation, which is fine, but again more recently I replaced an electrical cable for a garden light and not a speck of insulation. It's a problem when you can't see inside the cavity, you have to trust that the walls have been properly filled. Unfortunately, I have no trust that they have been filled.

I used this firm to supply/fit new insulation to my loft, as well as fit boarding. My experience was a mixed bag, but was generally satisfied with what they did, even if it did take a second appointment and a wasted day at home for the first one.

> Head office didn't relay the scope of the job to the fitter at the first attempt, which meant it had to be re-scheduled.
> I later discovered that my ceiling light in a spare room (below the insulated area) no longer worked, some days after the job. Without much thought I presumed it was a blown bulb so I didn't rush to replace it. When I did replace it, I found that it was now defective, presumably a result of the works that had taken place.
> I discussed this with Saving Energy, but as I had trustingly (regretfully) signed (but not filled out) their satisfaction form without working through the action points myself, they were unwilling to assist further.

If you use the company - make sure you go through their checklist yourself, taking any time required to do so, even if the fitter seems in a rush to leave.
