Please be aware of billing irregularities at Scottishpower. Receiving numerous complains from their customers about huge bills being presented Some being pursued and some being later withdrawn . There seems to be something very wrong with their billing system. Be warned

Dodgy telephonic salesman, must work on comm!! He quoted ÂŖ92.50/month, but when I told him the quotes I'd received from 2 other companies he suddenly dropped by ÂŖ20, telling me that first he'd quoted "compared to my current provider" but it dropped because now he's "comparing to the other quotes"! Does he think I'm an idiot? When I asked him what the other companies prices had to do with Scottish Power's price, and how he can drop by nearly 25% when I questioned it, he got irritated at being caught out and quite rude.
