I would just like to say thank you to Phil Higley and Wayne Linnett , plus the lady who answered our phone call at 6.30 am as well as the several other men who were involved in coming out to our house ,in quick time , being so helpful , friendly .
they explained the problem and even made sure we had electric whilst they fixed the problem.

so nice to deal with real people and not just A I useless system that seems to be the norm now.

Communication was beyond poor. Been trying to get an update from them for over a month now and still nothing, won't connect me to anyone when I contact them, bat me away with false promises. Fuming.

Why won't scottish power stop been liars and help people can't get any help except lies. Been promised phone call after phone call back which they won't give ... The chat line rip you off this has been reported with nothing done ive escalated a complaint and they won't help the prepayment team will not reply at all you can't get a manager to speak to you why are Scottish power been aloud to take huge amounts of money and not assist with a complaint .
Just once why can't I get any real assistance from someone who actual cares at Scottish power just once

The best service I've ever received! After calling at 1.30am for some emergency assistance through a leak, someone arrived quicker than most take away's ! Here within 30 minutes and made our electrics safe. Such a nice guy too! You should employ more people like that, I wish I knew his name, I would suggest a bonus!

Two engineers in Wirral called Paul and Lewy installed a new fusebox as an emergency repair in my house, and they were excellent. They were friendly, on time and very efficient, leaving us safe having corrected our inherited botch job. Give them a raise.

very very poor owed credit money since september systems failure that no -one can resolve its now december they even tell me that if i owed them money they would have cut me off by now what double standards
