I have recently suffered some necessary works across the end of my drive. When the tarmac was being relaid I was somewhat aggressively approached when I requested access to my property. The Irish Tarmac guy was not happy because it was hot and the he didn't want to have to move the heavy vehicle boards. I believe that this is why the tarmac was not properly replaced.
