Just in today. Advisor mentioned about adding items to basket and Screwfix scans basket.
Such a master tip as I screenshot the items I need and have to enter them again in store.

I bought Safety shoes came with mfg error.

I found one of the guy too understanding and happy to help and customer friendly.

Tried the next day but due to hesitation not suceeded but in 2nd visit this guy was too honest and said frankly that shoes should not be like.

He done his best to do the things as per policy and customer expectation.

5 stars for him. Stockwise and variety of brands expect bit more.

Great service, friendly employees anything they don't have in stocks can be ordered in just for you and arrives very quickly usually within one day, not to mention a free cup of coffee offered to you while your there

A great range of goods for professionals and DIY'ers alike from plumbing to electrics. You can look online, choose your goods and collect it in store. We wanted swivel drain plugs and found them difficult to find but here at 'Screwfix' we were 'fixed up' with what we wanted at a keen price.
