Unknowledgeable dismissive staff, putting your bottom lip out and saying I don’t know, endear endear customers your company when your website clearly shows items for sale a polite we don’t stock it or I don’t know. 2 staff members might as well have not bothered turning up for work when they don’t know what use something is for inside or out

Very pleased bought myself some new goodies.
Staff very helpful especially when I couldn't read the product numbers because I don't carry my reading glasses so I just pointed at the relevant pictures in the book.
Even with all that i was in and out within 10 minutes.

Not too many products for sale and what they do have is more expensive than what you would find elsewhere. Would recommend if what you need is only available at Screwfix, overwise I'd recommend going to Toolstation next door.

I've been popping in and out of Screwfix chains in the Dorset area while I renovate my house and after setting up as a sparky recently. I have been needing quite a lot purchases, information, checking kit prior to buying etc and while all the Screwfix chains in Dorset have been good, Blandfords Duty Manager 'Don' stepped up and then some to help me, every time. I wont bore the story, but his customer service has been the best I've experienced in any retail shop in a long time. Well done and thank you Don. Screwfix, keep hold of this one, he has secured my service to your chain for a long time and saved me both time and wasting money through his support.
