Amazing what a difference a branch makes. I like screwfix but this branch is disorganized and unhelpful. They cannot be bothered with their customers and become all woke when a customer complains. Freshfield staff much more helpful and actually pleasant.

Bought a magnusson ratcheting screwdriver set from this store as I needed it for a few bits, it was fairly late in the evening a while back but the lady on till who I believe was called Amy was still very helpful and kind, service was incredibly quick and very easy. Looks very nice in the new store, it was immaculate and not hard to maneuver round, tablets are very useful. Definatly coming back when I need something.

Great shop, fantastic staff, always has stuff in stock. BUT.... terrible parking. Just a few spaces outside which are never empty. And you can't park in the Harwoods space opposite because it's patrolled by security guards.
