Purely based upon click and collect.
The wait time is an utter shambles. Email confirmation says to wait for and SMS message.
4 hours now and nothing received from order today.
Ordered online yesterday to collect today. Still no confirmation.
Ridiculous. Click and collect should take an hour or two max. Not 4-8 hours and counting!!!!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had, I’ve used Screwfix stores up and down the country this has to be the worst for rudeness off manager who needed to shout she’s ran her store for 3 years since opening,
This was due to her insisting ID as I had paid via pay pal, I explained that we purchase all over and never needed it for sometime,
The rude reply was it’s pay pals requirement, she has a draw full of copies of people ID in the back “surely that’s a data protection breach”
After saying I will just refund and purchase again, she then changed her mind let me have the goods which I paid for forgetting pay pals requirement,
I did feel safe knowing that they keep copies of id

Outstanding, help, advice and service. 10/10...UPDATE::::::ordered some online stock ....Tuesday 12.30 hrs. Text Wednesday not long after11.oo hrs...ready for collection. 23 hrs. Plus Staff are just so nice and very helpfull. Busy, busy branch, but no pressure to complete purchases. Staff all 10/10
