I give it 4 as I didn't get one of my ordered items as it was out of stock. However the staff member was friendly & polite. He gave a compliment to my salmon pink tracksuit I was wearing at the time which did take me back a bit...

Part of the reason I like this place so much is that their prices are great and they have a vast stock - only once have they not had what I needed, and even then the assistant pointed me in the direction of a smaller product which was exactly what I needed. And the second part is the service I get at the counter. Always efficient, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Keep it up!

Yesterday I went in store to purchase some screwdrivers which were on the shelf with a discounted price from £37.99 to £24.99, when I got to the till the price came up at £37.99 so I explained that the price that was on show stated £24.99, the colleague then got the manager over to ask about the price and she was extremely abrupt and rude, she turned round and said to me that they were not the right price and it had been changed on Sunday and that they obviously forgot to change the price. Instead of offering to let me purchase at the reduced price due to their own fault and the price clearly showing £24.99 on the shelf she told her colleague to remove the price straight away and went on and stated to me that you won't be getting these at this price and you will have to pay the full £37.99, she then walked off and started talking to another customer who she clearly knew, her colleague was left feeling embarrassed and actually apologised for her rudeness and said unfortunately as she is the manager he can't do anything. I am not one to write reviews but I left that shop furious with how I was spoken to by the manager and felt her customer service was appalling!

Convenient town centre location with adjacent parking. Often much less busy than the Manor Royal branch leading to a friendly, quick and efficient service. Wide range of product to suit diy enthusiasts and self employed tradesmen. Prices reasonable, if not always the cheapest.
