I use the Dalgety Bay store as I pass it going to and from work. As I have been building and extension over the last few months, I have been a regular customer.
Every member of staff I have encountered has been helpful and knowledgeable, which is really all you can ask for.

Went in looking for orbital sander as I could not find reasonably priced one anywhere. Lady who served me recommended a type which she get fetched to show me. Also advised on type of sanding discs which were reasonably priced. Do bought the sander ,& 2 packs of sandpaper discs for just over £33. My wife then noticed a sprayer for use on wood and fences etc. Same sales assistant talked us through it and also said it was on offer @ £19. She also showed us selection of paints we could use and then bought the sprayer and 9 litres of paint for out fence & garden gate, another +£40 but now have some work to do. Great shop and will go back if I need any other DIY stuff.

Excellent customer service from ur Dalgetybay branch today from a young chap who's name is Tegan
I use the stores all over Fife daily however this young man was a breath of fresh air & very helpful we
Came in to replace an item that wasn't quite working as it should have . However he was more than happy to search through my account to find my purchase,also was helped greatly from the young lady who was working beside Tegan .
Would give 10*if I could 🙂
