What can I say, absolute star at the branch Andrea had the patience of a saint! Had a plumbing issue and she was more than accommodating to get my issue resolved. I have been coming here for a while and I always get what’s needed; decent pricing and great staff. Shout out to Ian also, nothing too much and will see you get what you need. Easy to order, either online or in store. Staff are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Sometimes, going into shops like that, as a woman, it's possible to feel intimidated however this was not the case here. I am comfortable to go back anytime.

I came here for a small bag of specific screws. The staff were good in helping me find what I needed, but it did take some time. The way the shop works is like Argos which means you can't really browse as there is only the catalogue to go through.
