Never been to this store before but popped in today to grab my brothers order and was shocked at how, I’m presuming the ‘manager’ spoke to one of his members of staff. The employee was really friendly and was only trying to help for the manager to give him a telling off in front of his colleagues and the customers which is completely unprofessional, you should always take your employees to the side and speak to them not in front of everyone. Not only did this make me feel extremely uncomfortable as a customer I felt awful for the man as that must have been humiliating. Some people just simply shouldn’t be managers, a real shame as the two employees that helped me were really lovely and helpful.

They stocked a wider range of items that I required so I was able to buy everything in one stop. The staff were helpful in identifying the items I needed. The only negative was that I had to go outside and order by click & collect before they sell me the items!

Yet again, one of those places where the staff are excellent, however...

Owing to Screwfix deciding to move away from catalogues and catalogue format ordering the right item can now take 5 times as long!

I've got better things to do, so I'll go elsewhere for now.

Just bring back your catalogues or the catalogue format online and on the inshop tablets. Your search engine is dire!

We go here quite a lot and the team are always really friendly and a relaxed atmoaphere. I often check the stock levels online before going in just in to avoid wasted journeys and saves having a big tempting book of goodies on the coffee table.
