Had a click and collect order, all was good til 2 weeks later realised the plumbing part I bought was leaky. Just had a look at the box, underneath where they’ve cellotaped my order invoice is an orange ‘faulty goods’ return sticker, with the description being ‘leaky’. Nice to know these guys will try palm off faulty goods to you. Didn’t realise I should be checking whether my purchases are actually new or not. Cheers for that guys 🙄

So I'm not a tradesperson. I am not 100% sure what each spec means on items. I was looking for some wingnut bolts for my scuba diving gear and asked him just to grab me the whole lot since the part numbers for each size was simply M6, M8, etc. The guy was so annoyed the whole time and it felt like I was inconveniencing him the whole time. When asked if I'd like to set up an account I said no and this was also met with sighs. Honestly poor service from Ewan (The staff person who begrudgingly helped me).
All of this in front of his duty manager who didn't seem bothered at all by his attitude. I'm generally an easy going person but his attitude just really rubbed me up wrong.

I can understand people getting annoyed with someone dithering around but I knew what I needed just not the size and asked for all the sizes available. Not a hard or big request.

Would be one star but the location and parking space as well as the reasonable price for the items bumped it up one.

Had a plumbing emergency in an old house - came to Kinning Park to get the fitting but turns out it was no longer manufactured.
