Very disappointed, went to Screwfix at Grays today. Duty Manager Amber was very rude, Because I asked her do they hire staff. She's reacted rudly, racist behaviour.
I like Screwfix over the B&Q and Wickes. Along this month spent over £800 at Screwfix, however didn't expect racism from staff.
Miss Amber does not deserve to be a duty Manager, someone should be polite and helpful.
Avoid Screwfix in the future.

Rude staff. I’ve visited a few times and hoped that I wouldn’t be served by the same rude staff. Unfortunately, the treatment was no different, unfriendly and unhelpful. I’ve been shopping at Thurrock branch and never felt disappointed.
