Big up Amy and Vick at Screwfix – honestly, I think I owe them a coffee, a medal, or maybe even a holiday 😂

I’ve been popping in 4–5 times a day like it’s my second home (or third if you count the van 🚐), and they’ve been nothing but absolute legends every single time.
Patient? ✅
Helpful? ✅
Not rolling their eyes when I show up again? ✅ (Or at least they wait until I leave 😅)

If Screwfix had a loyalty card based on embarrassment, I’d have earned a gold one by now.

I went to screwfix halesowen yesterday to return a faulty part from a karcher jet wash that I purchased just under 3 weeks ago and it's been used once, the one cable had 3 tears in it and the staff member at the time who served me (he had tattoos all up his arms and kneck) was really rude and said I split the cable and when I said why would I split a brand new cable 3 times to come back to exchange, when it's more headache for me and he still said I split it with attitude. Think he needs to go on a customer service course

This location has a somewhat decent level of service, but their next door neighbours are on point with a five-star service.

I'm not too fond of Screwfix as I believe most of the commodity is overly priced same as their sister company B&Q.

My 81 year old dad went in here today and he was just trying to have a friendly conversation with one of the girls at the checkout and she was incredibly rude to him. She wants to sort her attitude out. (Grey hair, looked about 55) The younger girl that served him was polite though, so no complaints there.
