Decent store, friendly and helpful staff. Location, more specifically the parking can be a bit of a hazard at times. Always limited (I guess they are just busy) and spaces are tight.

The staff are always helpful, the prices can't be beat, the range is amazing, the click and collect service is blinding and the opening and closing times are bang on. I always default to Screwfix if I want something. in the DIY area. Mike
Sorry to say the click and collect has been inoperative for weeks, the Head office know about it and in the last ten days since registering a complaint nothing has been achieved. So consequently as people worry about the coronavirus everyone spends longer waiting in the usually small customer area. Me I'm off to B&Q UFN.
Well I did the above a year ago and the click and collect has been blinding for months and months since. I seem to get the sms message before I've finished the order. As usual the staff at Haverhill are still terrific. 'Give them the tools and they'll do the job' seems to be the most appropriate expression. Mike

I highly recommended this shop, i went in for some steel toe cap boots in the world's smallest size and they had them! The only place that caters for my likkle feet 🙂 and the lady that served me was brilliant, she knew her job and had found me the right kind of boot for my needs effortlessly and she was really lovely, she's a true asset to your business thats for sure, I will be back ! 🙂 xxxxxxxxx
