Great customer service. Thanks to Ryan and Alfie for assisting me in finding my first pair of safety boots. Surprised to find they had size 4 women’s boots in stock with great prices (you are able to try them on which is great) the pair I wanted had to be ordered in but was ready to collect next day by 9am! Couldn’t have gone smoother.

I had to exchange a purchase last week and it is so nice to find a shop that was not fazed by this, sorry no receipt, not a problem. Why can`t everything be this easy. The gent who served (possibly Duty Manager) was so easy going. Thank you Screwfix, brilliant
