Staff here are very helpful and always do there best, wait time for items are good even when busy.
Very rarely they don't have items in stock but if they do they can have it next day in store.
Huge selection of tools and equipment for great prices.
Highly recommended.

I urgently needed a replacement battery for a house alarm system. Checked on the Kidderminster branch site and fortunately they had these in stock. A visit was made and the battery collected in less than 5 minutes. Plenty of parking space on a small Estate just of the Kidderminster/Worcester Road very close to Holbrook, Kidderminster.

What you want, when you want it - boom! Good guys. You just have to be mindful that if you can plan better and or wait a while you could save loads by going elsewhere, say online. Easy parking and long opening hours only go so far guys.

We visited the store a fortnight ago, and bought some great safety boots, for a workman. Although there wasn't many choices instore, we've managed to buy a fantastic pair of Chelsea style boots, at a much lower price than usual, and they were on offer too. If they have got your choice in the shop, they have a catalogue, and can order titems or you too. Staff also nice and friendly.
