Paid for products online items were in stock 15 hours later still no message to say it's ready so went to store for it opening at 7 to find it still closed almost half 7 and still not opened not the best experience

She couldn't have been more helpful and professional advised me on where I could possibly get an item they didn't stock, Helped me with selecting the correct parts I required, I would like to say her customer relations and maner were second to none, what a pleasure to have meet her and dealt with her, she is a credit to your local branch, All company's would benefit from staff like her,

Staff are always friendly and polite and I've never had to wait too long. They usually have most items ready for same or next day delivery although recently I have experienced longer delays.

I left a 5 star review about the Kirkcaldy branch during COVID-19, but I just wanted to reiterate because of another outstanding customer experience today.
After a long-running DIY project, I had around 20 items which were surplus to requirements. So today I took them in as returns. I was served by Bryan who was exceptionally cheery and efficient throughout, despite the fact that the items were on LOTS of different receipts.
What could have been a right old mess was in fact a complete doddle. Thanks Bryan, thanks Screwfix. 😃🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿👍

Having payed a visit to your Kirkcaldy Branch today with regard to buying a torch can I just say it was a pleasure , The assistant was Funny & Witty , Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but her second name clearly was Brown ( same as mine ) Having been in your branch a few times now because other big businesses in town have disappointed me with their attitude can I just say youse will remain My Number One Stop
