15 minute wait to collect a small roll of wire. They couldn't find it despite the message that it was ready to collect. That suggests a collection system which is dysfunctional and needs review. Longest collection wait I have ever had.

Would get 5 stars if the blonde haired female manager was sacked. Been in twice now when she's been there if she smiled her face would crack not very good with customers at all so Is definitely not in the right job. Everything seemed an effort for her made me feel uncomfortable. I'll continue to shop in the lisburn branch as long as she doesn't come near me. Feel sorry for the other staff working around that.

Good range of products and helping friendly staff make Screwfix an easy choice. Rarely crowded and easy click and collect make it easy to order pay and collect your order. Staff will help you with product if necessary but their app and Wendy make it easy to select your product and check in store stock. If not in stock they will usually have it in the next few days, and all available in branch or through the simple online ordering process.

Click and wait rather than click and collect. 10 minutes is an unacceptable wait time. Must be recognised that when people are queuing at the tills for orders that they know to avoid the click and collect section.

Click and collect service appalling. Lisburn store fine but procedures in need of a major review. Collect now but product not in stock, no further info to hint at when it might arrive. Called for a second time to be asked for photo ID even though I had the receipt on my phone. The attitude to improving customer services was really that they just don't care. Appreciate its probably great for price but won't be back ever. Will spend my money where its valued.

The ability to look at the stock on request before buying and ability to return is good. The clearance section on the website is not great as it is not updated because numerous items out if stock across a number of stores. However, this is not store led. The price point is good on a number of items with the flash sales bringing prices down. The titan range they stock is good value for money.

Affordable prices with a handy click and collect, which saves a lot of time.
Large range of stock, I have bought most of my stuff here for renovating my house, radiators etc and definetly can't complain about the quality.
Also some good offers that are worth watching out for, save yourself a few more ££'s
