One of the smallest but the busiest Screwfix branch in central London. I regularly pop in and have always found every staff to be absolutely pleasure to deal with.

Having said that, it is unfortunate to see them struggling to serve the queued up customers on one monitor. Its shame these lots aren’t being supplied with the tools to get their job done. Come one Screwfix, you can do better to enable your employees to do their best!

Great little shop in fairness it a Screwfix city so make sure you've ordered your big items for next day but other than that the staff are polite helpful and incitive. Has changed and seems for the better.

Ive been coming here for years with no issues.
Good selection of products at decent prices.

However this time, I ran out of some supplies toward the end of a job & rushed to get there before closing only to be asked for ID for some gripfill & ultimately refused the sale. I Offered to show a picture of my Id to prove my age - nope, not good enough. This has pushed my project back over some mindless adherence to bureaucratic nonsense for the sheer sake of it, I know he was just doing his job and I don’t mean to rant but please can we also just use some common sense.
We can drive at 17 , we can buy alcohol at 18 , but God forbid you need a tube of gripfill at 33 …cause you know.. there’s a chance that you may sniff yourself to death.

I saw a 40+ year old man asked to verify age for a gorilla glue product just the day before at a different location and genuinely thought it was a joke .

Very small store so they never have any storage but my review isnt about this store. Their website kept lagging and didn’t let me either register or log in (even after I reset my password) to buy the stuff i needed so i had to call customer service to order. On the call they confirmed that my order has been received and will be ready to collect the next day. The The transaction didn’t go through due to me using a foreign card… it has never been an issue before but ok. Noone notified me about it, no email, message or call. So when i came to collect my order and my package wasn’t there, I called to ask about the issue of my order not being placed and the website lagging and not letting me through, they couldn’t resolve the issue. I don’t think this type of issue is a regular thing but being told that they “dont know how to resolve my issue” doesn’t really help.

Not great when you need your stuff today to see several items I needed marked as "pick up tomorrow". Maybe this branch is tight on space as generaly other in branches stock is avalable for immediate colection.

Best trades tool supplier by far.
You always have the support of hard working staff, product warranty and very fast in store delivery.
I had been let down with my Electrical multimedia as the range did not permit 110 v testing.
Thanks to Gemeni and Co workers I have a replacement model megger .
Great effort to see I had the right equipment to work with.
