Terrible service, many thanks for not accepting cash payment, Sarah acted to me like I'm trying to do something wrong because I'd like to pay £125 using coins and notes. Sarah decided to not accept money because her laziness and poor mathematics skills. Well done Sarah.

Staff push you towards iPad and insist it's easier. If it was easier I would have already ordered on the app. I came in for service and wasn't listened to just pushed towards iPad when all I was asking for was a long m4 screw. Not hard to go and grab some. Not everything needs the awful iPads. Pathetic service

Screwfix team always very helpfull and very professional. I was struggling twice with plumbing issues( im not a plumber) . They help you to pick right things you need for repairs. Big 5 stars guys.
