Visited store today, they had major problems with the till system being down. Kelly came out to the car park to greet me on arrival and explain I wouldn’t be able to make an order and to help find a solution. I had ordered for collection and they made sure I got my item despite all the issues. Great customer experience

DISAPPOINTING
Went there to buy expending foam today - cashier checked the product code that I gived her at the till then I was asked for ID to prove that I am over 25 🤣she couldn't sell me the foam as I haven't had any sort of ID on me 🤦🏻‍♀️I mean I do understand the policy I do but you can clearly say if someone is or isn't over 25.
This girl is very rude I had a similar situation with her before at the store so...poor customer services. Before you will try to collect any customer information as their postcode etc please let them know THE REASON WHY YOU ASKIN THIS QUESTIONS FIRST example: Can you please provide me your postcode for the survey so we could measure the buying trends? It's totally optional so you don't have to but I would appreciate if you would'.

Lazy lady (Deby) wouldn’t take my order at the till, told to me use the tablet. I then had to the send order to the till. She then took payment. Waited for another staff member to collect my order. 3 silicone tubes! I won’t be returning to this specific branch. I could have ordered at the til with the product codes had saved on me. Waste of time.

Pedantic and lazy
Only screwfix in the country that won’t take an order at the till. Made to order on the tablet and still messed around at the till. If you don’t want messing about skip this store
