Their click-and-collect service is so easy to use and makes the visit super easy and quick. Very well stocked, I've never been and they haven't had what I was looking for. The staff are brilliant, Very knowledgeable which helped me make the correct purchase for the job I was doing. Reasonable prices and quality guaranteed. Definitely my go-to place for all my DIY projects.

The staff are good and the store holds good stock but the parking for this branch is diabolical. It is the closest store to me but I almost always go to brackmills or Gladstone road as I can never park here. Also the access to the store is poor as there are abandoned vehicles both sides of the road all the way up the street.

I haven't felt as compelled to write a review for a long time! I'm a DIY failure and I haven't a clue what I'm doing! From the moment I stepped into store last week, Tom and Donna were incredibly helpful and took their time to help me not only decide what items I needed, but also to give me advice on how to do my painting! Top notch service and lovely people. Also started my job now and the tools are brilliant! Way better than any I've bought before! Oh, I even got offered a cup of tea whilst I was there, you wouldn't get that in B&Q! Thanks!

Spoke to a guy called Dom; gave him the product code and when they didn’t have what I wanted, he was very knowledgeable on similar, better products that suited my needs. Had a nice rapport, good banter with him, he knows his stuff and he even saved me money! Bought a lockbox and he explained the returns policy and said if I ever need anything to pop in. Sound bloke, will definitely be returning as I only work 5 mins away

Been shopping here for years but have started taking my business to Toolstation due to being told I must check-in upon arrival. I buy on line so I can collect in store, but now you have to check-in as well. They'll have us picking our own orders next. No thanks Screwfix.
