Family and I are touring Scotland in our motorhome. We suffered a major fail. The pull down bed over the cab for the kids lost a bolt. With the help of the chap behind the counter we managed to find a new one that will work for the trip until I get back home and sort it. As it was just one bolt I dropped some money in the charity box for payment. Payed well over the odds for the bolt but the chap didn't have to do what he did so I'm a big believer in paying it forward. His helpfulness has now benefited the charity.
