Really good store. Ordered online for collection so it was quick and easy to pick up. Great prices. Parking is limited though so if you're collecting a big item better going at a quieter time.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Online was a bit of a pain. In Northern Ireland for a few days tried to buy an item click & collect but because I didn't have a UK phone number I couldn't complete my purchase. Luckily the young lady in the shop was able to help and I got my item.

It was good when you could go into the shop and either ask for what you wanted offer a part code for what you wanted but now you have to order online before you go to pick it up .
And I dont have any more room On my phone for more apps sorry but I wont be visiting there again until they go back to serving their customers .other retailers beside them can let customers into the shop and get what ever they want and comply with distancing
We'll update Screwfix are letting people into their shop in Omagh again .

Always friendly and professional and locally this is the only pace you can get what you need and at a great price, most places close half day Saturday and don’t open Sunday so Screwfix is very useful to both Trades people and DIY enthusiasts alike.

Staff very good. But as a lot of times what I wanted wasn't in stock. Staff never said they could get it for me .The item was a cramra system to the value of £379.00 away I'll get it somewhere else tomorrow.

Went in to collect items for my boyfriend. Had all the collection details.
Karl Branch Manager questioned address.
I paused and gave my answer.
He accused me of looking at the screen. And then demanded identification.
I gave my identification with correct address.
He refused my collection.
Another woman beside me came in for collection and was given her items with question or identification.
Because of my accent I was discriminated against.
I will not be back to this store.

Awful experience.
Returning any items takes 15 minutes
They would do anything rather than give you your cash back. Credit note is not much use to me. I paid in cash and want cash back.
Eventually got my money back and they short changed me by a pound.
I will stick to Mc Dermotts and Mc Mahons.
