Love my local Screwfix - so handy and very efficient. Some items not always in stock so 24-48 hour wait but considering its size, it has most commonly needed items. Staff are very helpful. Prices are reasonable.

Been using the Risca branch for some time now and everytime I'm there they're extremely helpful and will go out their way to help.. I cannot thank Tom enough for helping me pinpoint the correct merchandise and even run me through what's gotta be done to stay safe ( electrical wise ). Always found a decent alternative if out of stock too and gone out of his was to help... can't fault him and the team.. highly recommend.

I was looking for a leaf blower that's not too heavy, but they didn't have any on show and only one in stock. You have to look in a catalogue and order them, which is just like online shopping. I prefer to see an item physically before I buy it.

Used this branch RISCA a few times now, before and during covid their click and collect is great. Staff very helpful & efficient never have to wait long to pick up my items. All precautions taken to keep customers and staff safe. Wide range of items for DIY & Gardening, etc much better quality products & selection & prices compared to some other stores of this type.

Screwfix in risca is so handy to have, I’ve been using their services lots lately while decorating and it’s so easy to use the click and collect system, great to see how much is in stock of a product and where, worst case if it’s not in stock you can still process the order and all mine have been there within 24 hours. Prices are great and more than reasonable compared to other competitors near by, highly recommend

I love coming here. Parking always available; catalogues easy to follow and generally, the items I require are in stock. Couple all of the above with the courteous and friendly attention from the Screwfix staff and you have a great shop

Got what I needed after a fashion. Made a mistake on collection point, they couldn't transfer it to the shop I wanted so had to cancel one order and place another order.thier refund system sucks, when you cancel an order to get your money back. Very slow.
