The staff in here are always super friendly and can’t do enough for you. Nothing is too much trouble and they always help you find what you need and never make you feel stupid for not knowing exactly what you need for your DIY task.

Went here on 22nd of December about 4pm two ladies working there one was up a ladder I said I need a long SDS drill bit the lady up the ladder said no problem we will help you, Natalie served me she had also sent me up an account earlier in the day ,I don't normally leave reviews but they were so pleasant and helpful thank you very much ladies.

I've used several Screwfix stores over a long period of time and had not had one problem. The staff have all been polite and very helpful even when your not 100% sure of size they will recommend other ways of solving problems whether its cheaper or a bit more expensive. Ive never been led down a path by staff which has led me to spending more than i intended.
Overall a really good store for all your home diy and not expensive either.
You just cannot go wrong with them.

Yes it's another Screwfix. Great range of DIY products at very competitive prices. Also has a healthy amount of on-site parking which is really convenient. What makes the visit extra special though is their service is top notch!

Really friendly and helpful staff. Was served by a girl named Rae and the duty manager Eamon and they both went above and beyond to make sure I had all I needed to get my job done as I actually came in asking for the wrong thing.

Even though I came in minutes before closing time I wasn't met with any rushed, uninterested service. Just polite helpful staff that have made. DIY heads may take this level of service for granted but for office boys like me it means a lot.

The extention lead is good and would recommend but had bit of wait to be served so only given 4 stars because of this. I would recommend you order online to collect 3 people came and went why I was waiting.

Purchased some stuff here today on phone but realised after paying I'd ordered way more than I needed. Staff were really good and without any fuss refunded me the items I didn't need, alway a pleasure shopping at screw fix Rowley Regis.

I have avoided getting tradesmen in to do work on our homes when I can as they rarely treat them well. I prefer doing my own DIY therefore and Screwfix in general have been a God send.
I have used a few but my favourite branch is defintely the Rowley Regis branch.
They have the most diligent staff and they re always polite and courteous. But that shoul dbe par for the course. The main thing is the professionalism and availability of stock. They are top on these too.
Tina runs the show very well aand is always there to jump in if she thinks you need more. I love chin wagging with the staff as they really do care that you get the best form the stock they offer.
The prices are Screwfix prices and so of course 99% of the time the best available.
On one occasion I purchased taps that failed a year later. I was provided with replacements instantly.
I even had an ange grinder that failed. When I went to get a new one they checked the purchase date of the borken one and even though it was out of warranty they replaced it free as they said that particular fault shouldnt happen. YOU JUST DON'T GET THIS KIND OF SERVICE ELSEWHERE!
