Many thanks to Tom, who was very knowledgeable and helpful! If you are unsure about something and need help, staff will try to do their best to find a solution. Very impressed with customer service, will definitely be coming back.

For about 15 years, always prompt, efficient and helpful advice with superb service with very competitive prices. Seeing that I am nearly an octogenarian, staff often offer to carry purchases to my car. Help not needed yet but the time will come! Thank you, one and all, for the magic of Screwfix. Mark Warren

Service is so slow even if you're the only customer as they do more chatting than working. Waited 15 mins one day and I was only customer whilst 2 staff chatted away. Only 1 actually seemed to be working.
