Seriously do idiots work here? Brought a saw blade in today asking for the same one... They refused to help me... Unless I knew the size... I didn't know the size but I had it in my hand! Could have easily gone out back to match the size for me and let me buy a new blade.. Oh no... That's too much effort for this place... You've got one job lads and you couldn't even be bothered to do that... Went down the road to tool man who was more than helpful....

Very nice convenient location. Good range of available stock. Staff are friendly and helpful to assist when required. It is quite a compact store but has good range of products to make up. Free parking available, generally not a particularly busy store. Recommend.

Good enough, especially at the moment. Although they sell to general public not just trade and that can be annoying. It’s frustrating that the trade customers have to wait in the same queues as general public at the moment, it’s not particularly helpful when trying to run a business and our staff have to sit in queue along with people who may have been furloughed and have all the time in the world. Although this seems to be happening everywhere at the moment so nothing unusual. The staff are always helpful and a lot of stuff is always in stock. Generally a good backstop.

Love this place. A few minutes away for me, the time it takes to sort an order. Place an online order, get a ticket printed when getting into the store and even with big queues walk out with your stuff in a matter of minutes. Great selections and good prices. What's not to like?
