Fantastic service can't praise the staff enough. Most items were in stock and the one that was not, they offered to get it in for me in a few days. The silly little man who complained in the last post must be having a bad day as this place was a pleasure to shop in considering I'm not very good with diy. Keep up the good service I will be back

Appalling customer service. If I could give it 0 I would. Came to collect an order to be told "not here till monday". Oh I said I thought it was here now. "No Monday, here's you receipt." Promptly turning her back and walking away leaving me standing there. No offer was made to find an alternative that was in stock. Thank god toolstation was next door. Totally different experience.

Yet again this branch does not have in stock the materials you require. It does however have the more expensive alternatives. Although the catalogue says your item is in store, its not! You would have thought by way of an apology for your inconvenience they would allow you to purchase the more expensive item at a discounted price, yet again NO !! Went next door to TOOLSTATION and they had ll I needed, WELL DONE TOOLSTATION !!
