Excellent service. Ordered on line night before, not available at my local but 10 miles away. Payment on line, email received to say goods ready for collect. Collected next day in and out in 5 mins!

Ordered click and collect and within minutes I was texted to say the items were available for collection. The staff are VERY helpful and polite. They REALLY know what customer service is all about. Thoroughly recommend UCKFIELD branch. I'm an oldie and very nervous about Covid-19 when shopping. They are very aware of the regulations and I felt safe. Well done everyone.

Bought two titan 4 in 1 multi tools. Needed to return 1 for replacement and was told it's out of warranty when the one that is out of warranty is the one that still works.
Claim they have no record of my buying the machine. Refused to trade it for a new one.
Been shopping here for years but with the poor attitude and lack of basic plain intelligence of the staff of late I would steer clear.
This man clearly from the start didn't want to deal with me as when I first mentioned the problem to his colleague he jumped out of seat claiming they had no new machines in stock without even looking.
Another staff said they do, asked me to drain the petrol from my machine so to trade it for a new one and the first guy jumps back in taking over and telling more lies .
Horrible customer service and will NEVER go back with my business. ACCOUNT CLOSED !

Can't beat a bit of screwfix.com walk in ask questions, get helpful advise, pay and leave with what you need, you can check stock online before you go, and now in some branches you can call the trade counter for quotes with discounts on top of discounts. Double Bruce bonus!
