As usual, screwfix is good, but absolute top marks for service for Kalem and John especially, always very friendly, and willing to move a mountain to help.

I went in Sunday morning with a load of door furnishings as I didn’t know what to buy. Staff Max and Katy were brilliant going out of their way to find the products I required. Excellent service and lovely staff. Thank you for your help .

I tend to order via Click and Collect and am always in and out of the shop within minutes. The staff are always very friendly, and seem to deal with other customers who might not necessarily know what they want, or need help, with lots of patience. Great to see!

Refused to give me a refund for an item that was 2 days old and still packaged with receipt. Would only offer customer credit even though I paid via card Had to call head office to get a refund and get the goods collected from my home via parcel force. Staff at wetherby branch need to learn customer service skills. Refuse to shop here again. Rude and very very unhelpful. If your willing to wait 20mins for head office answer. The man on the line was extremely helpful and apologetic.

good selection of products in stock. Staff happy and helpful. Use them a lot as click and collect means all stuff on website can be there the next day usually if it isn't in stock already

A great place to buy your hardware. I was looking for an assortment of nails, screws and mouldings. It was Screwfix that had a wide range - most probably a larger range than other stores - and at unbeatable prices too.
Every visit has brought me not only a bigger selection and more for my money, but also saved me a lot too.
Would highly recommend this place for anyone who has problems with singular prices elsewhere, it is really unbeatable and actually more friendly as well.

Covid measures in place so it's not really service as normal. I turned up on spec not realising it was online booking only - turned away, reasonably so, by the staff member guiding people in.
Sat in the car park and placed my order online. Confirmed immediately and collected the item from the desk 30 seconds later.

Had a couple of dealings with this store and the staff are more than helpful. I bought a garden sprayer and was unable to assemble it. I asked for some help and Martin more than happy to help and with a smile too. Such a pleasant change to the usual rubbish service you receive in many shops these days.
