I recently had the pleasure of using SE Auto Services Ltd for a major service on my vehicle, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of excellent from start to finish.

I originally booked my car in for Thursday, 04/09/2025, but Sam was kind enough to accommodate me by allowing me to drop the car off the evening before. That level of flexibility is rare these days and already gave me a good first impression. I asked for a quote, and although Sam didn’t confirm the price straight away, he made the effort to call me later and confirm it a small but important gesture that showed he values clear communication and customer trust. The price he quoted was fair, and I was happy to go ahead with the service.

What truly stood out was how quickly and efficiently the work was done — everything was completed within just a few hours, and considering the scope of the work, that’s very impressive. I had a major service MAJOR SERVICE done, which included:

* Plus a free top-up of screen wash (a nice touch)

Each part of the service was explained clearly. There was no upselling, no pressure just honest, straightforward work. Sam also took the time to answer any questions I had and made sure I understood what had been done. The car felt smoother and more responsive immediately after I picked it up, which gave me the confidence that the work was done thoroughly and professionally.

Sam himself is a genuinely polite, friendly, and approachable person. It’s not easy to find mechanics who are not only skilled and reliable but also take pride in providing good customer service. He’s professional without being overly formal and makes you feel like your car is in safe hands.

This place is a refreshingly decent garage, I felt like my car was in good hands with decent people that are professional. Had a service done and they went above what was asked and paid for… Doing extra bits around the car. The filter changes and oil change was done neatly with out any excess fluid left behind topped up to the correct levels with due care. I am happy with the timing, pricing and overall work. 5stars for them and would definitely go back in the future
