Engineers are good folks but be cautious when using Seckers & Sons on an existing air-source installation. They have proven expensive, very slow to respond and exceptionally poor communicators. They charged labour on the replacement of a part they installed under warranty. When queried, they just ignored the issue blocking further work for over a month, then argued and only eventually changed their mind. They really have an issue with the attitude of their customer service / accounts teams.

We would highly recommend Secker & Sons. We had 3 air conditioning units installed in our home and the process from start to finish was seemless. They were quick to send someone out to give a thorough no-obligation quote and quick to book the work in. The price was very competitive and a lot more affordable than I expected, compared to other quotes we received elsewhere. Communication from the office was fantastic. The 2 young men who installed the units (apologies my memory with names is awful) were very professional - their time keeping was fantastic and they tidied up perfectly afterwards. We have had multiple bad experiences with different trades over the past year that have made me nervous booking professionals for work, but these 2 men restored our faith again and are a credit to the company. Not a single complaint from us here - a fantastic company to deal with!

From initial survey to supply and fitting, a great job for a heat and cool air conditioner for our log cabin.

We recently had an air conditioning unit installed in our garden studio. From the first enquiry to the final installation the whole process has been smooth and efficient. Everyone we have dealt with has been helpful and the engineers who installed the unit were quiet, tidy and did a very neat job.
Because we were impressed with the speed with which the company dealt with our enquiry, visit and provision of a quote, we did not ask anyone else to quote. Good service counts.

We would highly recommend Secker & Sons - the team were very quick to arrange a visit for a free, no obligation survey and provide a quote for aircon installation in our home. We were pleasantly surprised by this quote and felt it was very competitive. They honoured this quote despite needing to return for a second day to complete the work and we had some unforeseen electrical issues our side which were handled professionally. The installation team were efficient and friendly and the actual installation itself is very discrete on the side of the house, it is barely noticeable they have done such a good job. Thank you!

We have a very old ,but reconditioned ,Deep freezer we bought from Seckers 20 yrs ago. Hinge broke, they put another one in and ,to reduce the cost of an engineer ,doubled up with another customer near us.

Kindly note and convey our appreciation to the two youthful installers of the system. They were remarkably polite and friendly. They took time to explain what they were doing, and to ensure that we were completely happy with their installation initiatives before proceeding with the work. They took care to protect the room and cleaned up afterwards. From an onlookers perspective they interacted and worked very well together. A good team. They left having ensured that I was familiar with the unit's controls. They are excellent ambassadors for Seckter & Sons business. Congratulations!
