Used SPS for new alarm and CCTV. They have been super to deal with. Very professional and a speedy service. Good value. Post sales service is very good too and Lydia is extremely efficient. Highly recommend.

I needed some support at getting my cameras back up and running, Lydia was great from the start and followed up with instructions and got me back up and running straight away.sometimes it's about the after support to if something goes wrong.i won't hesitate forwarding their company and the great staff support .thanks again John Stretford .

We had Secure and Protect install an alarm, CCTV and video doorbell at home. Everything was dealt with really professionally and quickly, from the first query to the final installation and showing how everything worked. Highly recommended.

Having recently moved house we asked SPS for a quote for a new alarm system and video door bell. The pricing was competitive and we decided to proceed there was a quick response. On installation day Aiden and Lewis were professional and polite and did the job with minimum of delay. Quick shout out to Lydia in the office who handled our calls and appointments very efficiently. Would highly recommended (even one of our neighbours asked Aiden for a business card!)

Extremely professionally and speedy service. The SPS engineer was an amazing kind and professional individual, he came out to the property the day I called requesting home CCTV and fitted the unit the very next day. Nathan talked me through exactly how the system works and gave me a realistic time as to how long the job would take. The price of the unit was reasonable and fair, and actually I felt like it was a really good deal compare to what other companies were quoting me.
i liked that he keep updating me about how much more he had left to do and how long it would take as I believe fitting a CCTV unit isn't as straight forward as it sounds. This allowed me to plan my day accordingly.
Really happy with the service and I would 100% recommend SPS to a friend or family member.
