We have used Secure Power for just over 8 years now. They have always delivered excellent advice service and value. I'm Chris and I recently had a friend in the telecoms business recommend Secure Power. I gave them a call to which I got straight through to sales thanks to their phone system directing me straight to sales rather than simply a receptionist, which was a nice change. The gent I spoke to was really pleasant and had more than enough time for me and was very friendly. His explained exactly what I needed and I received a quote within an hour or two of the call.

I placed the order a couple of days later, and was amazed at how quickly the UPS's we delivered. Normally I expect UPS's to be delivered anywhere between 3-5 working days. Secure Power's units arrived next day.

Since my initial experience with them I have placed a number of orders, all of which have arrived quickly. The UPS's do exactly what they say on the tin. The BIG plus with Secure Power is that they have online tutorials on YouTube to guide you through the installation. Very simple idea, but puts them in a league of their own according to our engineers as no one currently offers this as an installation aid.

Project all implemented very quickly and on time. Something that is quite important for continued operatons a bit like insurance, only valued in when you have to call upon it, and when you do it has to work as expected.
